CALDER, Bruce Timothy  –

October 17, 1963 – November 24, 2023

It is with great sadness that we announce Bruce Timothy Calder passed away peacefully, on Friday, November 24, 2023, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in Oakville, Ontario.

Bruce was predeceased by his parents, George and Ruth Calder (Horner).

Brother to Jill Calder, Sandra Tavares (Joe) and Jennifer Calder (Kia); and uncle to Colin and Raquel Tavares.

Bruce was born in Toronto. He spent his childhood and most of his adulthood in Scarborough, Ontario.

He was a licensed Class A mechanic, and he was always tinkering around with one car or another. He moved to Oakville in 2017, with his dog, Al.

He enjoyed the outdoors with Al, whether that was camping or going for long walks. He will be missed by his sisters, brother-in-law, niece and nephew, his Uncle Dave Calder, Aunt Margaret Cowan (Ray) and many cousins and friends.

Having respect for Bruce’s wishes, there will be no funeral. Private cremation to take place.
