BRUNNER, Muriel – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Muriel Brunner, who left us peacefully at the age of 86. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 59 years, John Brunner, and was the daughter of the late Maxwell and Augusta Bockner.
Muriel was a compassionate and dedicated elementary school teacher, sharing her patience, kindness, and steady guidance with many students over the years. She was a loving and devoted mother to the late Jeffrey and the late Robert, and loving grandmother to Jade, Jasper, and Phelan.
She is also survived by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Paul and Susan Munk, as well as the many friends whose lives she touched through her warmth and generosity. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to her caregiver, Rhoda, and the Baycrest staff for their exceptional care and compassion.
Muriel will be deeply missed.
