BULBECK, Mary Ellen Bulbeck

Passed peacefully on Saturday, October 4, 2025, on her 93rd birthday. She is now reunited with her beloved husband Murray (August 21, 2024). Proud and loving Mom of Bill (Gill), Barb Alexander (Roy) and Bonnie Uebele (Ed). Adored Grandma of Jessica Dieleman (Ben) and Darren Alexander (Felicia) and Great Grandma of Thatcher, Odin, Remy and Sully Dieleman. Predeceased by her parents, Henry and Aganeta Koop and her in-laws Freda Emerson (Earl) and Herbert Bulbeck (Genevieve). Survived by her brother Art Koop (Sharon) and predeceased by her siblings, Peter Koop (Elsa), Henry Koop (Velma), Jay Koop (Helen) and Betty Manery (Lyle) and her brother-in-law Ron (Joan). Dear aunt to her many nieces and nephews and friend to many. Mary worked at Canadian Canners prior to being married in 1953. Her time then became devoted to raising their family. Once the kids were in school, Mary spent years working for the Es Egg Station. She enjoyed traveling, baking, sewing for her family, card games, scrabble and word puzzles. Her greatest joy was her family, and she will be forever loved and missed. Visiting will take place at Reid Funeral Home, 87 Maidstone Ave. E., Es (519-776-4233) on Thursday, October 9th from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral Service to celebrate Mary’s life will be held from the funeral home on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 11 am. Rev. Kim Gilliland officiating. Livestream will be available on our website.
