BURKE, Edward Sidney Burke

Passed away peacefully at the Haliburton Hospital on Saturday, December 27, 2025 with his loving wife by his side, in his 86th year.
Beloved husband and friend of Sheila Arlene Burke (nee Watt) for 52 years. Dear son of the late Hugh and Edna (nee Watson) Burke. Loving brother of twin sisters, Phyllis (Lucien) Douville and Eunice Burke (the late Rod Leach). Fondly remembered by his nieces; Paulette (Todd) Francoeur, Denise Douville (Mark Johns), Michelle (Garett) Keirns, by his nephew Will Richardson and also by their families.
In keeping with Ed’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his Life will be held in the spring of 2026 followed by an interment at the Evergreen Cemetery, Haliburton.
