SMITH, Calvin Frederick – Passed away on Saturday, December 12th, 2015 at L.H.S.C.-Victoria Hospital, Mr. Calvin Frederick Smith of London, passed away at the age of 71.

Beloved husband of Beverley Smith.

Loving father of Kimberley Thomson (Chris) of Brucefield and Darryl (Adele) Smith of London. Dear grandfather of Alex, Brendan and Dylan. Lovingly remembered by sisters Darlene Mills and Carolyn Clarke. Greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Predeceased by his parents Fred and Irene Smith and brother Dallas.

Cremation has taken place. As per Calvin’s wishes there will be no visitation or memorial service.

Those who wish may make memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Calvin Frederick Smith.
