With heavy hearts the family of Caroline announce her passing on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer at St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital in her 47th year. Dear daughter of Christine Andrew and the late Wayne Duggins. Cherished wife of Shawn Foulger. Loving mother of Marika, Johnny, Christopher and Grace Scheulderman, Mercedes and Alexis Foulger. Grandma of Khloe. Survived by her sister Cynthia Link and brother David Duggins. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Caroline’s life will be held on Sunday, October 18th from 1-4pm at Amherstview Golf Course. The family would like to express their gratitude for the exceptional nursing care she received.
