With great sadness, the family announces the passing of Carol, at the age of 77, in the early morning hours of April 7, 2024, at home in Thornhill, ON.

 

Carol courageously fought Parkinson’s and LBD for the final years of her beautiful life.

 

Carol will be remembered forever by her family and friends.

Cherished daughter of the late Anne (2015) and John Sr. (1998) (Fabok).

 

Beloved wife (for 57 years) of Eric (Pertsch). Devoted mother of Jennifer (Jason), Jillian, Geoffrey (Anne-Marie).

 

Loving grandmother of Zachary, Emma, Nicholas, Julia, Lauren, Olivia, Emily and Connor.

 

Predeceased by her dear brother, John (2014) (Fabok).

 

Rest peacefully Sweet Caroline; your work here is done. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., with Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, April 15, 2024, at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, 8088 Yonge St., in Thornhill.
