PROULX, Chantal – Of Bourget, Ontario, passed away on Tuesday September 29th 2015, at the age of 32.

Dear daughter of Jacques and Debbie Proulx. Dear sister of Jacques (Jackie) and Joey Cléroux. Will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews: Melissa, London, Tyson, Tamara and Jordan Proulx, Aiden, Mercedes, Rachel and her grandmother Stella Proulx and many uncles and aunts. 

Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel, on Thursday October 8th 2015, at 11am.  You may express your condolences to the family on Thursday from 10:30 at Theo Brunet & Sons Funeral Home, 2419 Laurier Street Rockland, Ontario.
