CHASE, Damian Chase

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Damian Chase at the age of 56. Damian was a beloved son to Ken “Teabag” Chase and Doreen Garrett, a dear brother to Kathy Laliberte (Wayne) and Marcie Chase, and uncle to Rob (Nina)  and Kristen Laliberte. He will be deeply missed by his cousins, extended family, and friends, both in Canada and in England.

Damian was born in Liverpool, England before immigrating to Canada with his family when he was 10 years old, calling Windsor their home. He was a welder by trade and took pride in his work and skill. Damian was a fan and owner of many a Harley Davidson motorcycles, which he would often spend time tinkering with and fixing up, as was one of his passions. His other love was dogs, all breeds. He seemed to speak their language, being a dog whisperer and training Rottweilers. He was a kind-hearted man.

Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – South Chapel (3048 Dougall Ave, 519-253-7236) on Saturday, April 11th from 10:30am until the time of Chapel Service at 12:00pm. Cremation to follow. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Asthma Association of Canada.
