It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Aldo Chiarot on July 7th, 2025. He was a devoted father, beloved grandfather, and cherished friend, who left this world surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
Born on April 9, 1952, to Evelina and Giacinto Chiarot in Tiezzo, Italy, Aldo lived a life marked by generosity, brilliance, and a deep devotion to those he held dear. He was a loving father to his two sons, Mauro (Natasha) and Carlo (Katherine). His love and guidance live on through his four treasured grandchildren — Julianna, Kianna, Alessandra, and Gabriella — each of whom brought endless pride and joy to his life.
Aldo is survived by his brother Renato and his sisters Gina and Ines, who remember him not only as family but as a source of strength, wit, and unwavering loyalty.
A man of many talents, Aldo had a gift for creation and repair — there truly wasn’t a thing he couldn’t fix. In his spare time, he found joy in building intricate, scaled remote-controlled machines, a hobby that showcased both his precision and imagination. His inventive mind was matched only by his adventurous spirit; Aldo was an avid hunter, finding peace and purpose in nature and the wilderness. He also enjoyed watching Formula 1 and soccer.
Above all, Aldo was a brilliant man with a kind heart — a loyal friend who offered a helping hand without hesitation, a father whose wisdom and love shaped the lives of his children, and a grandfather whose stories and laughter will echo for generations.
He will be missed deeply but remembered always — in every project completed with care, in every story told around a fire, and in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him.
A Memorial Reception will be held at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy 50), Bolton, on Saturday, July 19, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
