It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Josephine Chiu on February 12, 2026, at age 97. She passed away peacefully with her daughter Lisa and close family by her side. Josephine was predeceased by her beloved husband Jack. She is survived by Lisa; and siblings Delbert (Ann), Leatrice, Jacquie, Milton (Eileen); as well as her nieces and nephews. Throughout her long and full life, Josie loved entertaining friends and family at home. A wonderful cook, she would often spend days preparing a delicious meal to celebrate special occasions. She was happiest when ballroom dancing and traveling with Jack. She also enjoyed playing mah jong and going out for a good dinner. Although she faced many health challenges later in life, she did so with grace and quiet resolve. Josephine will be dearly remembered for her kindness and generosity. She was an inspiration to all who knew her. No service by her request. Love you mom. Miss you forever.
