CHOUINARD, Maxine Anne – Suddenly on Friday, January 1st, 2016 at her home in Georgetown. Maxine, in her 51st year.

Beloved wife of Jamie for 25 years. Loving mother of Max and Anica.

Loved daughter of Anita and Max Mangotich.  Dear sister of Michael and Stephen (Michelle).

Loved daughter-in-law of Mona and Bob Chouinard, loved sister-in-law to Mark and Robin, Mary and Barry and Rob and Tamara.

Maxine will be sadly missed by her many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, by her 12 Nieces and Nephews and many friends.

Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, Georgetown on Thursday, January 7th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 14400 Argyll Rd., Georgetown on Friday, January 8th at 10:00 a.m. Interment.

In memory contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
