REINKE, Christa Herta Reinke

REINKE, Christa Herta (nee VON DER BURG)  – It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Christa Reinke, at the age of 95, on October 13, 2023, at the Wexford Care Centre in Scarborough, Ontario.

She was predeceased by her husband, Reimer Reinke (2001); and her daughter, Angelika Preston (2013)

She is loved beyond measure and missed by her daughter, Regina (Gregory) Sheere; her son, Thomas Reinke; her granddaughter, Christine (Frank) Veraart; her great-granddaughter, Christa Veraart; and her sister, Gitta Schmidt, in Germany; as well as cousins and friends.

We want to thank the wonderful staff at the Wexford Care Centre for the loving care they provided.

Cremation has taken place in the care of Ogden Funeral Home.

 In lieu of flowers, a donation to the charity of your choice in Christa’s name would be most appreciated.
