CLARKE , Stephen Clarke

It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Stephen on August 13, 2025, with his loving wife at his side. Stephen is predeceased by his parents Lennox and Mary Clarke, his sister Patricia (Sister Eileen CSJ), and by his brother Tommy.

He leaves behind his loving wife and best friend Lucille of 33 years and his brother Len (Beverley). Stephen will be missed but always loved and remembered by his nieces Jennifer Clarke (Tony Gargaro), Patricia Clarke, and Stephanie Clarke, as well as his grandnieces Hope, Brynn, and Mary Gargaro.

Stephen was a man of deep faith and courage, dedicated in his ministry in the Diocese for over 35 years.

The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses in the ER and on 3B for their compassionate care in Stephen’s final days as he began his journey to God, eternal life, and peace.

In keeping with Stephen’s wishes, a private family celebration will be held. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
