COCKERTON, Larry William Cockerton

Passed away peacefully on Friday, February 6 at Lakeview Gardens.
Larry was a man best defined by his music, Love for his gardens, his kindness, and his heart.
A Gifted soul who loved to play the guitar and sing with family and friends, Larry had a way of filing every room with laughter and song.
Music was the language he used to connect with people he loved, and those cherished moments of melody and togetherness will be remembered always. Known for his warm spirit, gentle humor, and unwavering willingness to help others, Larry had a natural gift for making people feel welcome and at ease. His presence left a lasting impression on everyone who knew.
Larry was the beloved husband of the late Debbie Cockerton. He was the devoted father of Tammy (Al) and Kevin and the dear grandfather of Matthew and Noah. He will be fondly remembered by his brothers Don (Yvonne), Dennis (Nellie), Stan and (Monica) as well as many nieces and nephews.
Larry was predeceased by his mother Isabelle (Isa) and his father Albert Cockerton.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends and all whose lives were brightened by his company Though his physical song has ended, the echoes remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
We will be gathering for a private family celebration this month, that said, we will definitely be having an official celebration of life at a future date.
