COLDERLEY, Harry Colderley

Passed away peacefully at Brightshores Health System Owen Sound, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Born in Hamilton on August 17, 1942, Harry Allan Colderley of Owen Sound was in his 84th year.

Beloved husband and best friend of Anna Barker. Loving father of Keith (Therese), and stepfather of Liana Adam (Don), Sean McDade (Angela), and Mark McDade (Kellie). Cherished Grandpa and Papa of Tyson, Lucas, Hannah, Tabitha, Jonah, Jerilyn, Jesse, Rain, Abigail, and Aislin. Harry will be fondly remembered by his nephews Mike, Jay, and Daniel, and his niece Michele.

Predeceased by his first wife Shirley Colderley, his son Ron Colderley, his parents Elizabeth (nee Gallagher) and Frank Colderley, his siblings Ann Smith, Bill Colderley, and Marilynn Holowachuk, his niece Jayne and nephew Christopher.

Harry was a dedicated educator for the former Wentworth County Board of Education and Mohawk College, Educational Assistant Program. Renowned for his skillful artistry in stained glass creations and photography. Many happy family memories will forever remain of his beloved Tobermory property “Haran Point” on Lake Huron.

In keeping with Harry’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will not be held. Harry’s family wishes to invite friends and family to gather and share memories at Best Western Inn on the Bay, 1800 2nd Avenue East, Owen Sound, on Sunday, February 15, 2026 from 1-4 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to Brian E.
