It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mike on Thursday, October 16th at the age of 68. Mike was a loving father of three to Kacey (Dan), Cory (Kaitlyn), and Kelly (Tyler). Known as Papa, he will be missed by his grandchildren Eowyn, Dusty and Arya. Predeceased by parents Ernest and Margaret, siblings Willy, Debbie and sister-in-law Linda, Mike will also be missed by his siblings Ricky, Kathy (Harold), Mark (Julia), Gene (Julie), brother-in-law Mario and sister-in-law Karen. Along with the mother of his children, Jenny and all his cousins, friends and co-workers. Mike truly was one of a kind and the best dad, papa, sibling and friend anybody could hope for. He spent 38 years as a City of Toronto employee. He was also an avid Star Trek fan, along with being a huge supporter of the Boston Red Sox and Bruins. Mike’s heart, personality and sense of humour will be greatly missed by all the people he has met along the way. Live long and prosper.

Visitation Details:A viewing will take place Saturday October 25th from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Accettone Funeral Home, 384 Finley Avenue. Ajax, ON. A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday October 25th from 2pm to 6pm at the Ajax Legion in the Exeter Room, 111 Hunt Street, Ajax, ON L1S 1P3.
