April Heather Condello

August 15, 1976 – March 26, 2025

Heather Condello passed away peacefully, after a valiant 7-year fight, on March 26th, 2025, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, aged 48. As a registered Occupational Therapist, Heather built her own company supporting people with brain injuries, helping them live their fullest lives.

Heather was a beloved wife for 19 years to Dean and a Super Mom to Cameron and William. She was passionate about her family and was a special daughter, sister, and aunt. Heather is also survived by her parents John and Janice (Lehman) Knowles, her sister Alison, brother-in-law Mike, and nieces Emma and Kate. She will be deeply missed by her extended family and friends.

Heather enjoyed summers at the lake, spending time on the dock with her family and dogs Higgins and Levi. A lover of nature and a dedicated learner, Heather was following her passion by training to become a qualified functional medicine professional.

A celebration of Heather’s life will be held at Mount Lawn Funeral Home and Cemetery on Garrard Road Whitby on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations are welcome to the Princess Margaret Hospital, where Heather received exceptional care.
