Ben was a devout Catholic, living his faith with unwavering commitment and integrity. His strong sense of responsibility and sacrifice earned him the respect of everyone who knew him. He was a man of principle, always striving to lead by example, whether it was in his personal life, career, or community.
Ben was a proud alumni of St. Paul’s High School, Belgaum, where he was a gifted athlete and scholar. He went on to earn his B.Sc. from RLScience Institute before starting his long and successful career at Kuwait Airways where he rose to the role of regional sales manager for the Indian sub-continent.
Together with his wife Sherry, they made the sacrifice to start a new life in Canada in search of a better future for their children. In the process, Ben worked hard to build a successful career as a Professional Financial Planner.
Whether offering advice, a helping hand, or a warm meal, Ben’s generosity knew no bounds. His commitment to helping others extended beyond his family, as he was always there for his church and community, lending his time and resources whenever needed.
Ben was a true friend, always eager to lend an ear or offer guidance, and his heart was open to all. His big smile and kind soul touched the lives of many. He was a steady presence, a man whose character and actions spoke volumes. His legacy of love, humility, and service will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Ben is survived by his wife Sherry, their sons Ian and Shawn, and a wide circle of friends and extended family who will forever cherish his memory. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever remain with us.
The visitation will be held at Kopriva Taylor Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road, W, Oakville on Wednesday, the 27th August from 10:30 am – 11:30 am.
Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, the 27th August at 12:00 noon at St. Andrew’s Church, 47 Reynolds St., Oakville. followed by a short reception at the adjoining Parish hall.
