With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Manuel S. Costa of Oakville, Ontario, on June 7, 2025, at the age of 83.
Manuel was the beloved husband of Manuela Costa, with whom he shared 60 wonderful years of marriage. A devoted family man,
he is now reunited in heaven with his cherished daughter Humberta.

He leaves behind his loving wife Manuela, son-in-law Fernando, grandchildren Jaclyn, Dave, Taylor, and Olivia,
and his precious great-grandson Matthew—all of whom will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

Known for his quiet strength and humble nature, Manuel found joy in simple things—caring for his home,
riding his bicycle through the neighbourhood, and spending time outdoors. He lived a life of humility, kindness, and compassion.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville,
from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 9:30 AM at St. Joseph’s Portuguese Parish,
2451 Old Bronte Road, Oakville. Interment to follow at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens.

Manuel will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered.
