CRITCHLEY, Agnes Critchley

Passed away at Northland Pointe, Port Colborne on Sunday October 26, 2025 at the age of 98.

Predeceased by Vincent (2007) her husband of 62 cherished years.

Much loved Mom to Ron (Debbie) & John (Courtney) Critchley and Julie (John) Testa.

Very proud Nan of 7 Grandsons. Simon (Vanessa) & Rory (Tracey Ann) Swoboda. Dan & John (Carolyn) Critchley. Sam (Alexis) Testa, Jack & Will Critchley.

Delighted Great Nan of Silas Swoboda, Brodie & Gwen Critchley.

She is also predeceased by brother & sister-in-law Bill & Sue Highcock, brother-in-law & sister- in-law Len & Marie Cross.

Agnes will be fondly remembered by her nieces & nephews.

With her husband & daughter, Agnes emigrated from England in 1955. They settled in Thorold & spent a happy rewarding life there. She was involved with The Linwell Skating Club & Thorold Girl Guides. Attending St. Andrews Presbyterian Church as an Elder, she later became a member of St. John’s Anglican Church. Many families will remember her as she catered their receptions for years at Hammond Funeral Home.

Cremation has taken place and a family ceremony will follow at a later date.
