CYBULSKIE, Bear Cliff Gerard Cybulskie
October 17, 1955 - October 6, 2025
With a broken heart “Bear” Cliff Cybulskie passed away on October 6, 2025 at the Madawaska Valley Hospice Barry’s Bay at the age of 69. Bear is predeceased by his parents Rita (Andrechek) and Dominic Cybulskie, his sister Marie Tessier and step-father Dominic Babinski. He is survived by Sister Diane, niece Sabrina & brother-in-law Ricky Palubeskie.
Bear was a family man – his care and love showed in everything he did. He was a very mannerly and respectful person always thinking of others and never himself. He was always there to help anyone who needed it. Family was everything to him. His love for hunting deer and his passion for his Harley Davidson Bike took him on many Charity Rides. He spent 37 years working at National Grocer’s (Loblaw’s) Distribution Centre in Ottawa. Bear moved to Barry’s Bay 5 years ago. He loved the outdoors. He would sit on the porch for hours. “Watching the trees grow” Our mother said he was a man of few words.
Please join family on Bear’s 70th birthday Friday October 17, 2025 from 10 am to 12 noon at Heubner Funeral Home Barry’s Bay. Followed by grave side prayers at St. Andrews Cemetery Killaloe. Cremation has taken place.
Sincere thank-you to Dr. Meeking, St. Francis Memorial and Madawaska Valley Hospice staff and volunteers for their care and compassion given and shown to my brother. Many of you touched his heart in so many ways. Thank-you to Kathy Pecaskie for painting the Bear Rock. Thank-you to Family and Friends who supported Bear on his final journey. Thank-you to Heubner Funeral Home and Father Beanish.
