JENKINS, David William – Surrounded by his loving family on September 28, 2015.

Beloved husband of Karen, cherished Dad of Ben, Christopher, Scott and Leslie-Anne. Predeceased by his infant daughter Sarah. Grandfather of Curtis, Isabelle and Corey.

Left to mourn his loss; mother Norma (late Albert), brother Michael, sister Catherine (Dan), sisters-in-law, Cathy (Michael), Sheila (Dan), mother-in-law, Madeline and nieces and nephews: Kristen, Matthew, Emma, Wendy and Emma.

Dave was an active and valued member of CUPW. Dave found tranquility while fishing at White Pines. Dave was a compassionate person who shared his gifts of love and forgiveness. We will miss his presence.

Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, Barrhaven Chapel 3000 Woodroffe Avenue, Nepean, Ontario on Monday October 5th  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Tuesday October 6th in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa or The University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
