Peacefully passed away on May 30, 2025 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 91.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael. Loving mother of Carol Balsdon, John Demareski (Kathleen), Marilyn Finbow (Brian), Gary Demareski (the late Shelley), Ron Demareski, Cathy LeBlanc (Frank), and Carey Demareski. Cherished grandmother of Danielle, Jamie, Mitchell, Amy, Wyatt, and Joshua. Dear sister of Beatrice, Frank, the late Liz, John, and Fred.

Kathleen was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She was hardworking, but liked her day trips and adventures, especially to the casino. In her younger years, she enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at St. Wolodymyr & St. Olha Cemetery.
