DESJARDINS, Mark Desjardins

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mark Desjardins at the age of 62 years. Reunited with his parents, Ferdinand and Opal Desjardins, Mark will be missed by his brothers Wayne (Bonnie) and Gary, and sister Suzanne. Mark was a Special Uncle to Logan, Noah, Nolan, Sofia, Elanore, Steven, and Alexei. Mark was a proud and widely respected employee of Canada Revenue Agency for 22 years. Mark epitomized the meaning of a gentleman, with his kind heart, caring soul, and his willingness to help everyone. Mark’s friendships were extensive and touched many.

Mark was an avid sports fan, with strong allegiances to the Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Tigers, and Detroit Lions. Mark’s love for tennis was well known and also resulted in many friendships. Mark will be deeply missed by a wide circle of friends who will carry his memory forward and will always smile at the laughs, fun, and memories made. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in the hearts of those he loved and inspired.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234) on Monday, October 6, 2025 from 2 -5pm and 7 -9pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 with visitation at 10am and services following at 10:30am.
