LEE, Diane Marie – Went to be with her Lord and Saviour, at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, Hamilton on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in her 61st year.

Dearly loved and missed by her husband Ivan Lee. Predeceased by husband Dave Warner (2000).

Sadly missed by her family: siblings George (Beth Anne) Yando, Jim (Shelley) Yando, Pam (Wes) Koster; step-children Jonathan, David (Christina), Naomi (Wayne); step-grandchildren Tyson, Devon, Olivia, Sophia; nieces and nephews, and great-nieces-and-nephews.

Greatly missed by many other family and friends.

Special thanks to the doctors, staff and volunteers at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice and Juravinski Cancer Centre for their care and support.

Friends will be received for visitation at Ballard Minor funeral home, Dunnville on Wednesday from 5 – 8 p.m. and at People’s Church on Thursday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. A funeral service will take place at People’s Church, 510 Mohawk Road West, Hamilton on Thursday, December 31st at 10:30 am. A burial will follow at Dunnville.
