Peacefully, on Saturday, February 8th, 2025, at her home with loving family by her side, our Angel entered into Heaven.

Beloved wife of Guy for 55 years. Nurturing and proud mother of Monica (Chris) and Michael (Jaimie). Cherished and loving grandmother of Andrew, Catherine, John, and Mariah. Her children and grandchildren were the “light of her life.” She told us that we were “the first thing she thought about in the morning and the last thing she thought about before she went to sleep every night.” Not a day went by when we didn’t feel her unconditional love and support.

Beloved by her siblings Paul (Ursula), Eric (Té), Susan (late Richard), James (late Zoraida), and Jacqueline (Bob). A heartfelt thank you to all of her caring friends.

The family extends their gratitude to the Durham Regional Cancer Centre at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa, for their care and support.

Visitation: Barnes Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Road North, Whitby, on Friday, February 21, 2025, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Funeral Service: Barnes Funeral Home on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 1:00 pm, followed by a reception.

Interment: Private family interment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Durham Regional Cancer Centre at Lakeridge Health.
