ABOUD, Douglas Edward Aboud –

October 8, 1953 – July 19, 2023

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Doug Aboud at Mount Sinai Hospital with his wife, Judi; and daughter, Sarah (David), by his side.

Doug was adopted in Montreal by loving parents, Fran and Eddie.

Last summer, Doug was lucky enough to meet and be warmly welcomed by his biological family from Missouri.

Doug’s vibrancy and zest for life was as infectious as his deep, bellowing laugh.

Doug loved the mountains, good food, and swimming in the lake. He played countless sets of tennis and skied the most epic slopes across North America.

In keeping with Doug’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Cremation will take place, and a private gathering will be held in the fall in celebration of his life.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity that is most meaningful to you.
