William “Will” Gary Dunn

January 29, 1949 – December 10, 2024

Will passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024, in his 76th year. He was the loving and cherished husband of Lorraine (nee Buker) for 46 years and a devoted father to Angela (Luke) Jordan and Jennifer (Emil) Zemetro. Will was the treasured Grandpa (Poppa) of Frankie and Jem Jordan, and Clark, Mila, and Ruby Zemetro.

Will is survived by his sister, Norma (Bob). He was the beloved son of the late Joe and Lillian Dunn and was predeceased by his siblings, Gordon, Eric (Helen), Peggy, Helen (Stan), and Anne. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends, especially his close friend Rick Brook and family.

Will worked for 42 years at Quaker Oats and was passionate about cars. He loved attending car shows and enjoyed driving the many vehicles he owned throughout his life.

In keeping with Will’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the Highland Park Funeral Centre, 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough, on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A memorial service will be held in the Highland Park Chapel on Friday, January 3rd, 2025, at 11:00 AM, followed by interment at Highland Park Cemetery and a light luncheon.
