It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Stan Dupuis, who peacefully entered eternal life on November 10th at the age of 94, surrounded by his loved ones. Beloved husband of Martha, his loving wife of 72 years, Stan lived a full and meaningful life devoted to faith, family, and hard work.

A man of conviction and kindness, Stan was guided throughout his life by deep faith and an unwavering sense of duty. A man of heart, service, and devotion, he dedicated himself to his family, his community, and God. His quiet strength, patience, and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. He worked for Canadian Salt Company for 31 years, farmed his land with dedication, and proudly served as a volunteer firefighter in his community. As a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus Council #5642 in River Canard, he lived his values through service and fellowship.

He is survived by his beloved children Diane and spouseย  Christopher Garland, Michelle and spouse Bill Ball, Tom and spouse Kris Dupuis, Jo-Ann Kadlecik and Brenda and spouse Joseph Normand Bourque.
He also leaves behind cherished grandchildren; Jason and Robert Garland, Melissa Landry (Brandon) and William Ball (Andrea), Erica Dover (Jason), Thomas Dupuis (Hara) and Andrew Dupuis (Meaghan), Jesse Kadlecik (Kristen) and Jordan Kadlecik (Laura) Alexa-Gabrielle Bourque and great-grandchildren; Sophia and Nico Dover, Noah and Andie Dupuis, Cole Ball. His extended family members: Joey Lyons and Clarke, Allie and Brett Laliberty (Abigail and Kennon) as well as his dear sister Clarabelle (Francis โ€œPankoโ€) Meloche, who continues to honor his memory.

He was predeceased by his parents: Tom Dupuis and Clara (nee Tourangeau), and his siblings: Bernard (Colleen), Loretta (William Nemeth), Isabelle (Reo Parรฉ).

Throughout his life, Stan exemplified dignity, resilience, and love. He lived with purpose, worked tirelessly to provide for his family, and nurtured those around him with compassion and humility. His faith was the foundation of his life, and he walked this world with integrity, leaving a quiet but profound legacy of service, love, and devotion.

Stanโ€™s love for music, especially playing drums, his gift for the garden, and his devotion to family were the threads that shaped his days and the joy he brought to those around him. He will be greatly missed by his neighbors at The Golfview Dr.

The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the palliative care staff of Hรดtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare for their exceptional care, compassion, and respect shown to Stan and his loved ones during his final days.

The family will receive friends at Families First, 585 Sandwich Street South Amherstburg, on Sunday November 16th, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm.ย  Parish prayers at 7:00 pm.ย  ย A mass to celebrate Stanโ€™s remarkable life will be held on Monday November 17, 2025 at 10:30 am at St-Joseph Church / Parish, 9399 North Townline Amherstburg (River Canard), with visitation to be held at the church 1 hour prior to the mass.ย  ย Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Stanโ€™s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, honoring the life of a man who gave so much to others.
