HARTLEY, Ed – Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 29, 2015.

He is survived by his wife Loraine, son Alex, siblings; Christina, Laura, David and his father Howard.

Predeceased by his mother Lillian. Special thanks to Aunt Florence.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa, Ontario on Tuesday, October 6th at 2 p.m.
