KING, Eleanor Alice (nee Felker) – (March 22, 1927 to December 25, 2015)

Loving mother of Linda Fitzsimmons (Timothy), Thomas Howcroft (Diane) and Sandra Barnett (Gordon), James King (Elizabeth) and Matthew King (Jennifer), Collin Beazer (Elisha), step-daughter, Sandra (Vancouver) and step-sons, Frederick and Michael (England).

Eleanor will be sadly missed by her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Steven Fitzsimmons (Nancy), Sandra Marino (Rudy), Allen Fitzsimmons (Lillie), Jeffrey Howcroft, Christopher Howcroft, Lindsay May Padrig (Rick), Meghan Howcroft (Mel), Frederick King, Sariah, Ebony, Holly-Anne, Leighlah, Loucus, Ashlyn,
Tyler, Lauren, Brett, Liam, Adeline and Jacob.

Eleanor will be fondly remembered by her brother George and her sisters, Joy, Jean and Sharon, as well as her step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.

Predeceased by her parents, Harvey Cecil Felker and Alice Ellen Emma Felker (nee Cox) of Wentworth, Ontario, and by her siblings, Ruth, Margaret and Orland. Also predeceased by her first and second husbands, Arthur Lloyd Howcroft and Frederick George King.

Eleanor was a devoted caregiver, a successful business woman and a respected member of the Ottawa community.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery. Visitors may pay their respects from 10:00 am to 11:45 am on Wednesday December 30th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1017 Prince of Wales Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow.

Memorial donations can be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
