A beautiful soul has gone to be with Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Betty passed away peacefully with her daughter, Jennifer, by her side on October 10, 2015, at the age of 85.

She was a dedicated, long-time employee of The Region of Durham, Hillsdale Manor.

Betty will be dearly missed by her children, Stephen (Mara), Jennifer Hill (Don) and her 2 granddaughters, Alicia and Julia whom she adored.  She will also be greatly missed by the family dog, Jaeger.

A special thank you to the third floor nurses at Lakeview Manor in Beaverton, for their outstanding care and concern for our Mom.

A private family service has been scheduled.

Donations are gratefully accepted to the Alzheimer’s Society.
