Passed away peacefully on Sunday October 12, 2025 at the Sun Parlor Home for Senior Citizens. Beloved husband to the late Doreen (2023). Loving father of Susan (Pat), Vivian (Louis), Lisa (Paul) and Sonia. Loving Grandad of Melissa, Shelby, Gillian, Andria, Amelia, Matthew, Ryan and Katelyn. Great Grandad to Robbie, Kennedy, Dawson, Cooper, Mandolin, Dahlia, Noah and Aidan. Derek’s family wish to thank the Sun Parlor Home staff on the 4th floor for all their care they provided to both Derek and Doreen. Derek will be missed by his extended family and friends.
