David Enns passed away at Ottawa General Hospital on Thursday, December 4th, 2025. He was 24 years old. Cherished son of Cornelius and Anna (Reimer) Enns. Dear brother of Tony Enns (Hilda) of Aylmer, Eva Jong (Josh) of Dutton, Jimmy Enns (Lisa) of Springfield, Sara Hanley (Thomas) of St. Catharines and Maryann Enns (Justin) of Ottawa. Beloved uncle to Eli, Theo, Matthew and Heidi. Treasured boyfriend to Kira Keith of Ottawa.

We have had the honour to love David. He was the embodiment of silent strength, a bright and calm soul built for adventure. David always found beauty in the world around him. He was a person who simply knew and understood people, without saying a word, he was a pillar of peace. He understood life was about finding joy in the small things. With impeccable taste in music, he always had the perfect playlist for singing in the car. He was always just a few words away from cracking an opportunistic joke or filling the room with his infectious laugh. His outgoing spirit left an impression on everyone fortunate enough to cross his path. He carried an instinctive generosity, always ready to step in, lift others up, and offer his hand without being asked. Thoughtful and caring at his core, he moved through the world with a quiet compassion that made people feel valued and understood.

As we come together to celebrate his life, we hold close the moments he filled with laughter, comfort, and quiet wisdom; memories that will stay with us always. Visitation will be held at the H.A.
