YARZA, Epifania ‘Fanny’ Yarza – Obituary

YARZA, Epifania ‘Fanny’ –   Slipped away peacefully surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with scleroderma.

She was in her 65th year.

Beloved sister to Benny, Nene (Ruding), Laz (Josie), Mercedes (Stan), Abe (Myrna), Lennie and Fernando (Carmen).

Cherished aunt to Rudy (Viena), Winnie, Roxanne, Dexter, Ann, Lee, Stan, Debbie (Chris), Melanie (Robert), Mike (Ada), Dean (Nikki), Jay, Mark and Gina. Special “Lola” to Tristan, Lara, Raquel, Camille, Vanessa, Christopher, Drew, Frankie, Brandon and Alice.

She will be fondly remembered by her friends.

A Registered Nurse for 20 years, Fanny was a pillar within her family and friends. I

n keeping with Fanny’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Cooksville United Church, 2500 Mimosa Row, Mississauga, ON L5B 1P7, 905-277-2338, on Friday, October 9th at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Scleroderma Society of Ontario (www.sclerodermaontario.ca) would be appreciated by the family
