FEENEY , Marion Ann Feeney (née Roach)

Passed away unexpectedly at WRHN Queen’s Blvd (formerly St. Mary’s Hospital) on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at the age of 89.
Beloved wife of the late Fergus James. Loving mother of Don (Nancy), Bob (Marilynne), Ken (Dianne), Steve (Marg), Sharon Kelly, Diane Fehrenbach (Rick), and Ron. Dear grandmother of 21 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Loving sister of Mary Catherine Smith (Raymond). Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Catherine Roach, her brothers Ed (Rita), Jack (Alice), James (Bernie), Charles (Violet), William (Dorothy), Louis (May), Leonard (Alma), Joseph (Joan), and sisters Isobel, Elizabeth Hart (Frank), Loretta Lavigne (John), Kathleen Fawcett (Don), and Jean. She will be fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Marion was a faithful member of St. Louis RC Church and was a CWL member for over 60 years. Marion lived each day with purpose and grace always putting her family first. Her greatest joy was found in the simple moments spending time with dad attending her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s activities as well as cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs and Blue Jays. Her legacy of love and generosity live on in the hearts of her family.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street S, on Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 1 – 3 p.m. and 6 – 9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, 53 Allen Street East, Waterloo on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. Reception to follow.
