FITZPATRICK, Tyler Rae
June 26, 1989 - November 15, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of beloved father, partner, brother, and son, Tyler Rae Fitzpatrick, who passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 36.
Tyler is survived by his partner Chauntel; children Keegan, Rory, and TJ; mother Julie Ann Lawson; father Brian Fitzpatrick; and brothers Brandon and Mason. He now goes to join his brother Cameron Fitzpatrick, who passed before him.
Tyler was born on June 26, 1989, in Salmon Arm, BC. He was a good kid—sweet, genuine, and easy to be around. When he was young, he’d rake leaves around the neighbourhood to earn a bit of extra money, and he proudly used his savings to buy himself a lizard, something he was excited about for weeks. He grew up sensitive and empathetic, someone who felt things deeply and cared just as strongly.
A big part of who Tyler was came from the way he looked out for his older brother, Cameron. He became a guardian in his own way, protecting him for years with a loyalty that never wavered. As an adult, Tyler carried that same loyalty into his own family. He was a good dad, and his family meant everything to him.
Tyler will be greatly missed by the people who knew him and loved him—more than words can really say.
