Passed away at Lakeview Manor, Beaverton on Sunday October 26th, 2025, at the age of 74. Loving father of Robin Milburn and her husband Warren, Kelly Kosciesza and her husband Ted and Adam Foote and his wife Jennifer.
Grandfather of Taylor (Austin), Kennedy (Joel), Hailey, Ryan, Kate, Callan and Nolan.
Great Grandfather of Charlie, Parker, Riley and Clark.
Dear brother of Barb Radlmair (Foote) and her husband Jim Guppy. Vernon will be fondly remembered by nieces and nephews and their families.
