FORTIER , Rose Eva Fortier (née Levac)

Mrs. Rose Fortier passed away peacefully at St-Viateur Nursing Home in Limoges on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Paul Fortier and loving mother of the late Joanne Fortier.

Rose is the sole survivor of all her siblings: Blanche Moquin, Edna Boisvenue (Henry), Eileen Paul (Ernest), Rita Levac, Shirley St. Louis, Viola Sosnowsky (Henry), Albert “Buck” Levac (Simone), Harold Levac (Beatrice), Herbert Levac (Dawn), Leonard Levac, and Wilfred Levac.

She will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at Nativity Co-Cathedral on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, at 10:00 am. Greetings will begin at 9:30 am. A reception will follow the service at Boulerice Funeral Home, 218 Montreal Road, beside the church.
