COSTA, Francisco E.P. – Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Toronto, ON at the age of 77.

Beloved husband of Maria Fatima.

Loving father of Jose (Michelle), Gorete (Joaquim) and Lucy Costa. Cherished Avo to Jonathan, Victoria and Liam.

Vistiation at Glen Oaks funeral home, Oakville on Sunday, January 3rd from 2 – 4pm and 6 – 8pm.

Funeral Mass will take place at St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, 2300 Burnhamthorpe Road W., Mississauga, Ontari on Monday, January 4th at 10:30 am. Entombment to follow in Oakville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
