GRANDY, Frank Stoodley  –

January 25, 1925 – April 25, 2023

Frank Stoodley Grandy was called to his long-awaited heavenly home on April 25, 2023.

He is reunited with his dear wife, Myrtle, of almost 60 years.

Loving and devoted dad to Rob (Joanne) and May (Ben); cherished grandpa to Meghann (Paul), Kathleen, Michael (Huddy), Nick (Meaghan), Robyn (Jean) and Sandy (Mimmo); and proud great-grandpa to twelve and great-great-grandpa to two more. 

Frank was the consummate family man who lived his deep and abiding faith every single day.

Described as a true gentleman, he was also a bright light and positive role model to many. He will be missed by his sisters-in-law, Joyce and Georgie; and his many nieces and nephews.

He will also be sadly missed by Betty, Ron, and his friends at Islington United Church; as well as by friends and the wonderful staff at the Village of Humber Heights Retirement Home. 

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., on Monday, May 1, 2023, from 6-8 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held at Islington United Church, 25 Burnhamthorpe Rd., Toronto, on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
