It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Daniel in North Bay, Saturday August 9, 2025 at the age of 61 years. Son of the late André and of Rose (née Labelle). Dear brother of Gilles (Pauline). Predeceased by his sister Lise Gagnon. Beloved uncle of Mélanie Piquette (Émile) and great uncle of Kayleigh and Amélie. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his many cousins and aunts. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Vaillancourt and the medical team of West Nipissing General Hospital as well as at the Critical Care Unit of the North Bay Regional Health Center. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 at the Sacré-Coeur Church, Sturgeon Falls at 11:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home and Crystal Crematorium, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to Alcohols Anonymous, North Bay would be greatly appreciated.
