BOLDT, Garry – Passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at the age of 75 years.

Garry Boldt of Pembroke, loving husband of Patricia (nee Welk).

Loving father of Deborah Boldt, Stephanie & David Schroeder, Stephen & Karen Boldt, Jason & Chantal Boldt and 6 beautiful grandchildren: Sarah & Owen, Noah, Jacob, Owen, Jayda and Tessa.

Special thanks for all the loving care from our extended family: the PSW’s of the March of Dimes and Bayshore HomeHealth.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday January 3rd at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 170 Ellis Avenue, Pembroke, Ontario from 1 – 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus Heart Institute or charity of choice can be made.
