FULTON, Gordon Stanley  –  May 16, 1936 – November 19, 2023

 

It is with great shock and sadness that we announce the death of Gordon S. Fulton on November 19, 2023.

 

He died at St. Michael’s Hospital in the emergency ward with his wife, Danielle, by his side.

Gordon is survived by his wife, Danielle (Fraser); and his first wife, Caroline. He was the much loved father of Brad, Mark, Nancy (Bradshaw) and Derek; father-in-law of Susan (Dagg), Carol, Niki (Leslie) and Brian (Bradshaw); stepfather of Christian (Pavey) and Heather (Hopkins); grandfather of Brad, Kristin (Le Monnier), Mark (Thauvette), Chantelle (Thauvette) Grace, Charlotte, Aaron (Bradshaw), Fraser (Pavey) and Julian (Pavey), and Andrew (Baxter); and great-grandfather of Nolan, Emma, Lucas and Hannah (Le Monnier), Wyatt and Kayden (Stapley), and Owen (Bradshaw).

 

Past Sales Manager, Engineering Products at Xerox Canada Ltd., Gordon retired in 1989 to pursue his acting career and many other interests.

 

A member of ACTRA, he performed in many Community Theatre productions, where he was awarded best actor in a supporting role in “Anything Goes” and nominated as best actor in a leading role for “The Music Man” and “Fiddler on the Roof.” He was active to this day for roles in commercials, last seen a few weeks ago as a veteran in a Government Remembrance Day message.

 

He was an active member of the Arts & Letters Club for 31 years and leaves behind many friends who will miss his love of people, the world, the arts, as well as his incomparable fashion flair.

 

A Celebration of his Life is scheduled at the Arts & Letters Club, on December 16, 2023, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
