McPHERSON, Grace ‘Shirley’ – Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Heidehof Home, at the age of 86.

Shirley has been reunited with her husband Garnet (1973).

Beloved mother of Deane (Shannon) and Denise (Michael) Magwood. Cherished Grandma of Jacob, Samantha, Holly, Benjamin and Mitchell. Shirley will be missed by her family and friends.

A special thank you to the staff at Heidehof Home for their special care given to Grace during her stay.

Visitation will be held at the George Darte funeral chapel, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Monday, December 28th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at the same location on Tuesday, December 29th at 11:30 a.m. followed by an interment in Port Dalhousie.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be given to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Lung Association.
