GRANO, Lena Grano

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Mother and Nonna, Lena on December 5, 2025, at 69 years of age. Reunited with her beloved husband of 34 years, Eugene (2013). Dearest mother of Robert (Regiane), Joseph (Courtney), and Stephanie. Cherished Nonna to Remo, Willa, Rosalina and Liliana. Dear daughter of Frank and Maria Rosati.

Dear sister to Anna (Tony D’Alimonte) and Tony Rosati (Karen). Lena will be sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, in-laws and friends.

Lena had a passion for gardening, cooking, travelling, walking and most of all spending time with her family. Spending time with her grandkids were her most cherished moments, near or far she always made time for them. She was proud and looking forward to sharing her 70th birthday with her only grandson’s 7th birthday on March 7th. Most recently she travelled and enjoyed a trip to Italy.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 10, 2025, from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm, with parish prayers at 6 pm at Families First (585 Sandwich St. S, Amherstburg, ON. 519-969-5841). Visiting will resume on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 9:30am until 10:30am when we will leave in procession to St. John the Baptist for a funeral service at 11:00am. Procession to Heavenly Rest for entombment to follow.
