GRIBBON, Jack Gribbon

Peacefully at Marianhill on Thursday, December 18th, 2025 in his 70th year. Jack was an OC Transpo bus driver for over 35 years in Ottawa but always called “The Island” home. He loved the outdoors and especially loved hunting, fishing and being called a lumberjack! Jack is survived by his son Michael Gorchynski, his siblings Sharon, Brian (Theresa), Jamie (Mary), Betty, Theresa, Barry (Sandy), and Patrick (Gwenda). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Emery and Agatha Gribbon, and by sister Patsy McKay. Visitation at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, St. Joseph on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025 at 1 p.m. Spring Interment in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery.
