Obituary for Ronald “Ron” Henry Michael Groen

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ron Groen on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 62.

Beloved husband of the late Soula Groen (née Zubulakis). Dear brother of Elaine and the late Albert. Predeceased by his parents, Henk and Henny Groen.

Ron will be lovingly remembered by his parents-in-law, Toula and Jim Zubulakis, as well as his brother-in-law Bill (Valli) and their children, Dimitra and Dimitri.

As per Ron’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and no services will be held.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer’s Society of Canada in his memory.
