Suddenly entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Tuesday March 10th, 2026. Susan (Cowles) Haley of Brockville age 72 years. Beloved wife of Bill Haley. Loving mother of David and Jennifer Haley of Brockville. Cherished grandmother of Andrew, Christopher and Hanna Haley. Dear daughter of the late Claude and Queenie (Patterson) Cowles; and sister of Loretta Paquette and the late Ron and Claude Cowles. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Susan enjoyed spending endless summer hours in her beautiful flower gardens.

Family and friends will be received for Visitation at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. The Funeral Service to Celebrate Susan’s life will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home on Tuesday March 17th, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Oakland Cemetery, Brockville.
